Weekly What Bird Wednesday

It has truly been a while. It was among the top of the New Years Resolutions to be more active. It has been a slow winter for me with little avian activity around my home. Last W.W.B.W. was a immature Dark-Eyed Junco. Here is my W.W.B.W post. Leave your guesses in the comments below.

  • This bird is small greenish bird with white to buff underparts.
  • It has has a prominent white stripe on the wing with little gold wing-bars.
  • It has a tuft of color on the head.
There are two possible species. Kudos to all who can guess both. Have Fun!
